Effective immediately, all donations to Global Care will support emergency relief for Nepal Flood Relief.
The Global Care Outreach Program has been dedicated to addressing the world’s most pressing humanitarian challenges. Through meaningful partnerships and unwavering commitment, we have been able to provide timely and effective relief to those in need, both nationally within Canada and globally. Our efforts have spanned a wide range of critical areas, demonstrating the power of collective compassion in transforming lives and communities.
Our Contributions to Date
Doobay-Gafoor Medical Research and Dialysis Centre: Guyana.
In collaboration with McMaster University’s Faculty of Health, we are committed to making a lasting impact on healthcare in Guyana. Our efforts have focused on the establishment of the Doobay-Gafoor Dialysis Centre, a critical facility providing life-saving dialysis treatments to individuals suffering from kidney failure. This center plays a pivotal role in improving healthcare access for underserved communities, where such essential treatments were once scarce. Every donation to this cause goes directly to supporting those most in need—regardless of race, age, religion, or gender—ensuring equitable healthcare for all.
Earthquake Relief: India, Pakistan, Haiti, and Türkiye
In the aftermath of devastating earthquakes, we have supported immediate relief and long-term recovery efforts, offering food, medical supplies, temporary shelter items such as folding cots, blankets, and sleeping bags, as well as rebuilding assistance to communities affected by these disasters.
Flood Relief: Guyana, Trinidad and Tobago
Flooding has ravaged homes and livelihoods, particularly in coastal regions. Our flood relief initiatives have helped restore basic services and provided critical supplies to families displaced by these natural disasters.
Fire Victim Relief: Alberta, Canada
In response to the wildfires that swept across Alberta, we provided emergency aid, to families who lost everything, helping them rebuild their lives and regain a sense of security.
Girl’s Orphanage: Odisha, India
Empowering young girls in need, we have supported orphanages in Odisha, providing safe shelter, education, and opportunities for personal development to young girls facing hardship and uncertainty.
Affordable Housing for Seniors: Canada
Recognizing the vulnerability of seniors, particularly those on fixed incomes, we have worked to make affordable housing more accessible for elderly citizens, ensuring they have a secure and dignified place to call home.
Youth Nurturing and Development: Canada
Focused on the future, our youth programs provide mentorship, educational opportunities, and community-building activities to foster the next generation of leaders and changemakers across Canada.
Covid-19 Support with Oxygenerators: India
In response to the devastating impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, we provided essential medical equipment, including oxygenerators, to hospitals and clinics in India. Our timely intervention helped save lives and alleviate the strain on overwhelmed healthcare systems
Support for Women and Children in the Russia/Ukraine War: Ukraine
As the conflict in Ukraine continues to displace millions, we have provided emergency support to women and children who the most vulnerable.
