Yoga classes are offered on every Tuesday 7 – 8:30 PM at Vishnu Mandir – in The Anand Bhawan. These classes are based on Swami Ramdev teachings, Healthy Living through Pran Yog.

Yoga is more than just physical activity- there is spiritual aspect to it as well. Yoga literally mean to unite, and patanjali yoga taught in such a conducive atmosphere will certainly unite a healthy body with a healthy mind.
